For bakeries, cafés, restaurants & grocers

Sell tonight's surplus in one tap.

LuckyBite turns the pastries, meals and groceries you'd otherwise bin into extra revenue, and new regulars. Set up your items once. Every night after, it's one tap.

  • One tap a night

Revenue from what's left

Food you would have binned at closing becomes extra revenue instead.

Paid in the app

Customers pay in the app when they reserve. At pickup you check a code and hand it over.

New faces at your counter

Every pickup introduces your shop to someone nearby, and gives them a reason to come back.

How it works

Set it up once. Then it's one tap a night.

Built for the last hour of a busy day, when nobody has time for another app to manage.

  1. 01

    Set it up once

Add your items with a photo, regular price and allergens. Save single items, combos or surprise bags as presets. It takes a few minutes, one time.

  2. 02

    Drop in one tap

When you see what's left, tap a preset, set how many, pick a pickup window. You see exactly what it's worth before you drop.

  3. 03

    Nearby customers snap it up

People nearby who follow you get notified straight away. They reserve and pay in the app, so the food is spoken for before they arrive.

  4. 04

Check the code, hand it over

They've already paid in the app. Scan their code or type the four digits, hand over the order, done.

  5. 05

    Watch what sells

See tonight's revenue and your best sellers at a glance, so you know what to drop tomorrow.

What you can sell

Three ways to sell. Pick what suits tonight.

Some nights you know exactly what's left. Some nights it's a bit of everything. LuckyBite handles both.

Surprise bag · rough value

Whatever's left, in a bag

Offer small, medium or large bags filled with the day's leftovers. Customers know what it's worth, not exactly what's inside.

Single item · exact product

The exact thing

Four cinnamon buns, six croissants, three salads. Each item keeps its own photo, price and allergens.

Combo · mix your items

A box of your favourites

Bundle presets into a box, like a cinnamon bun and two croissants. Worth 280 EGP, yours for 110.

On the web too

Every branch, one screen.

Check tonight's pickups across branches, see how every preset sells, and drop from your laptop when that's easier.

All your branches

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do customers pay?

In the app, when they reserve. At pickup you just check their four-digit code and hand the order over.

How do surprise bags work?

You set a rough value, say worth 450+ EGP, and a price. At the end of the day you fill the bag with whatever's left. Customers know the value, not the exact contents.

What about allergens and food safety?

Every preset carries its own allergen information, which customers see before they reserve. You only drop food that is still good to eat, the same standard you use at your counter.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. The LuckyBite business app runs on the phone you already have, and there is a web dashboard for when you are at a laptop. Several branches can share one account.

How do I get started?
